On Thursday, 17 October, Vice Commander Lee Harris and Phil Prinzi visited Oakview Elementary School in Holly Springs to teach the 5th grade flag team all about the flag. Thank you to Nathan Carter, 5th grade teacher and coordinator of the program and the great 5th graders!

It is so important to know what this flag means not only to me, but what it means to all whom have served to protect it before us, and what it stands for. I praise the members of Post 124 for all their efforts to make our community stronger through the unity of our country! May god bless all of you.
